Im afriad heels.com is a scam company. They sent the wrong shoe to me then I was asked to return it and they would pay the return shipping. Only to be told they never received the shoe. What they hadn't realised is that I'd tracked the package and found that they didn't bother to collect the shoes when it was delivered. They still didn't send me the correct shoe because their arguement was I never sent the incorrect shoe they sent me back to them.

It gets worse! When I complained about their service Brandy - the supposed manager- shouted at me over the phone and told me to get a refund.

it gets even worse! Now the refund is incomplete and again I am being told sorry there's nothing they can do.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Please avoice heels.com
